For Our Patients Who Have Insurance: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, P.C. will be glad to file your insurance claim(s) for you. However, please be aware you are ultimately responsible for the total fee. The office will verify your insurance coverage from the information that is supplied by you. A representative from our office will call you with the estimated amount that will be due on the day of surgery or due one (1) week before your surgery if the surgery is scheduled in the hospital. Please know that there may also be additional payment requested if the insurance does not pay as expected.
If your medical/dental insurance requires a referral to see a specialist, it is the patient’s responsibility to obtain this before being seen in our office.Self-Pay
For Our Self-Pay Patients: Unless prior arrangements are made, the total fee is due at the time the service(s) are rendered or due one (1) week before your surgery if the surgery is scheduled in the hospital.
