Practice Administrator

As Practice Administrator, Patti uses her 30+ years of experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery with our office when making decisions regarding the practice. Patti has extensive knowledge of practice administration and stays current through continuing education. She is a member of JAWSSociety – National Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Administrators and the American Association of Professional Coders. Patti enjoys working in Oral Surgery and feels blessed to work with such an exceptional staff.

Penny

Front Office Administrator/Patient Coordinator

Penny has many years of combined experience in dentistry and oral maxillofacial surgery.  Her extensive knowledge in both the dental and oral & maxillofacial surgery field has made her an asset to our practice as one of our Front Office Coordinators.  Penny is typically the last person our patients see when they are leaving our office. After your initial consultation, she will help you schedule your follow-up appointments and surgery if necessary and will answer any questions you may have regarding office policies, finances, and procedures.

Rebecca

Receptionist

Rebecca has several years of experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.  As our Front Office Receptionist, her excellent administrative skills are beneficial in the complete flow of the front office and communication between all staff members.  Rebecca is typically the first person you will speak to when contacting our office by telephone and in person.  She will assist you with any of your scheduling needs.  Her warm smile and  pleasant personality makes our patients feel welcome and at ease when entering our office.

Danielle

CDA/RDA – Clinical Supervisor, Insurance Coordinator

Danielle has over 19 years of experience in the dental field; with the majority of those years being with Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, P.C. Danielle is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant with certifications in CPR, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring and X-Ray and Radiation. Until Dr. Whittaker's retirement in June of 2016, her primary position was as Dr. Whittaker’s assistant. She is now responsible for all clinical and sterilization and also serves as  the Clinical Supervisor.   However, her administrative skills have allowed Danielle to also work as the Insurance Coordinator for the practice in order to help our surgery patients meet their financial needs.

Pam

CDA/RDA,COMSA – Implant Coordinator

Pam has 20 years of experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery. She is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant, as well as, a Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant; with her certification in oral and maxillofacial anesthesia, head and neck anatomy, CPR, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, X-ray, and Radiation.  Pam’s primary position is as Dr. Ted George’s assistant. Her vast knowledge of all aspects of dental implants and dental implant surgery has allowed her to serve as the Implant Coordinator for our office as well. She also is responsible for ordering and inventory of clinical supplies.
